Our founder Mr. Dileep Surana started his journey in the year along with his beloved father Mr. Lalchand Surana1988 – 1990
Initially in 1987, started with dealings in Paota, Mahamandir area. However, sooner anticipated the growth opportunities in areas such as Sardarpura, Shastri Nagar, etc. and then started dealings in all major city areas.1991
Mr. Dileep Surana started carrying out business solely. With his hard-work and dedication, we cracked the biggest deal of Jodhpur in the residential sector at that time at PWD area of Jodhpur.1992-1994
The investors had started to invest in residential townships, institutions etc. Therefore, we emphasized to agricultural lands in these years. The substantial agriculture deal og those times was done by us on Pali Road, i.e. now known as Shubham Vihar.1995-1997
We did a lot of commercial development deals in areas such as Sardarpura B & C road.1998 – 1999
We did land dealing of Jodhpur Tower, the foremost apartment building of Jodhpur.1987-1999
2000-2010

The prime deal of Jodhpur – Shri Ram International was done by us with our trusted customer – Om Soni, Industrialist.
2002
Our association started with the Ashapurna group in these years, and we were part of dealing with projects such as Ashapurna city, Mall, and Enclave. In addition to this, we were all part of land parcel dealings of Amarbagh Ashiana and Rooprajat Township.
2003
Jodhpur’s first boundary wall plotted colony in the name of Kushal Nagar was developed by us along with our partners.
2005
We commenced a private limited company with the brand name Shree Madhukar Properties Private Limited
2006
With the scale of work expanding, we inaugurated our office at Kalpatru Shopping Centre.
2008-2010
There was a demand in the industrial and warehousing sectors. Therefore, we focused on areas such as Basni baghela, Boranada, Salavas, Tanavara, etc.
2011-2013
We were part of dealing of many Mangaldeep projects such as Mangaldeep ratanada, shyam nagar and majestics
2014
There was a slow down in the real estate sector, many real estate brokers had switched to other businesses/professions. However, these tough times also changed our strategy, as investors have wiped out the market, we focused on the end-user section. Thus, could create value for our organization.

Our own 5-storey office building named D.S. Tower was inaugurated on the main Sardarpura 4th Chopasni road

Did a lot of dealings in rent-yielding properties whether it be commercial, industrial, warehousing, etc.

The vision of Surana Realtors was seen by our young face of the organization CA Dheeraj Surana. He envisaged that the next growth phase of the organization is in digitalization Thus, a paradox shift from traditional real estate broker to professional realtors has to be done.
